2. To order a Whole Lamb, simply adjust the quantity to '2' as you checkout.
3. Pick the "Sale" option for pickup but if you would rather pickup from Foster or the Farm, just let me know in the comments field.
$20 Deposit is required, with remainder payable upon confirmation of final weight.

DetailsHow we calculate the weight/price of your lamb:
Your package of lamb may not exactly meet the kilo weight of what you have been charged. Why is that? We are charged by the butcher for his butchering skills on what is called the “hot carcass weight”, that being, the weight that the animal was when first processed at the abattoir. After hanging for over a week (this is standard practice), the weight of the animal decreases a little due to moisture loss. It is then butchered for you. We guarantee that you are receiving the entire half or whole animal. If we started charging you by the packaged weight we would have to put up our per kilo price considerably.
Note: Please bring along a container/esky to put your meat into. Your meat will most likely be vacuum packed according to your packaging preferences. There may be some cuts that are not vacuum packed – this is left to the butcher’s discretion (cuts with bones often don’t fare well packed this way). Also, it is very important that the sausages and mince are frozen when you get home – these amazing sausages and mince have NO PRESERVATIVES, so if you are not eating them that night, or the night after, please freeze them. Also…if the tray that you receive your mince or other cuts on is WHITE – then it is compost-able! How great is that?!
