About our sausages:
Our sausages contain our own certified organic, grass-fed meat, Himalayan salt, and organic herbs sourced from our garden. That's it. No fillers, no preservatives, no chemicals, no numbers, no colours. You can choose from natural pork casings (which are thick) or collagen casings (which are thin).
About our corned beef:
Our corned beef is old fashioned. Completely natural, no preservatives, no numbers, no chemicals, no colours...and we're seriously proud of it. Ingredients: herbs, spices, organic rapadura sugar, organic beetroot juice, Himalayan salt.
DetailsThe weights of your cuts: Our wonderful butcher will be doing his utmost to ensure that you receive as close to the exact weight specified in the packs. Please remember that we are human! If we find that we were not able to meet the specifications on one of the cuts, we will certainly notify you and adjust your money accordingly.
Note: Please bring along a container/esky to put your meat into. Your meat will most likely be vacuum packed according to your packaging preferences. There may be some cuts that are not vacuum packed – this is left to the butcher’s discretion (cuts with bones often don’t fare well packed this way). Also, it is very important that the sausages and mince are frozen when you get home – these amazing sausages and mince have NO PRESERVATIVES, so if you are not eating them that night, or the night after, please freeze them. Also…if the tray that you receive your mince or other cuts on is WHITE – then it is compost-able! How great is that?!
